AMSG provides a wide spectrum of administrative support and administrative management, including general administrative office management and tasks such as front desk operations.

How we can help

Through our administrative management and support services, we prepare or assist with the preparation of schedules and/or ad hoc statistical and narrative reports, as well as PowerPoint presentations. AMSG prepares, reviews, and presents findings in briefings to senior Government leadership, management, staff, or interested parties. We schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, draft email notifications, and communicate to agencies in support of strategic business management activities. Our operations and administrative specialists use a standard approach for meeting and work group support to capture and ensure minutes and action items are accurate and available in a timely manner. When preparing, reviewing, tracking, and filing official correspondence, we ensure all written material is section 508 compliant. AMSG provides administrative support, and administrative management focused to ensure mission effectiveness and efficiency. AMSG provides Administrative Management Services to Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration Office of Secure Transportation.
