Overview of the IDIQ

Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) requirement to provide professional Technical, Engineering, and Programmatic support (TEPS) services to the DOE and NNSA. This requirement is known as just TEPS or TEPS III (aka TEPS 3), as this is the third generation.
