Overview of the IDIQ

Technical, analytical, engineering, subject matter expertise, administrative support, and capability portfolio management support to the Director, Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD), as well as the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), Deputy Commandant Combat Development and Integration (DC CD&I).  CDD has a requirement for technical, analytical, and engineering, and capability portfolio management (CPM) support.  Critical capabilities within this effort include the development of comprehensive Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents and analysis of existing capabilities to define capability requirements, capability gaps, and solutions to provide those capabilities.

Services we provide to the IDIQ

• Perform Capability Based Assessment, Gap/Risk Analysis, Requirements Generation via wargaming in support of the future warfighter
• Develop Functional Concepts, Concepts of Employment and conduct DOTMLPF-P/C solution analysis
• Support Materiel Capability Development and Acquisition/Product Lifecycle Management
• Develop Personnel & Equipment Force Structure requirements, to include Mission Profiles and Training Analysis
• Support Science & Technology Warfighter Advanced Technology Demonstrations and User Evaluation Events
• Support the PPBE cycle through fiscal analysis and POM development
