At AMSG, we’ve always believed that community is part of the mission. Not just locally, but globally.
Our Global Impact Program is one way we bring that belief to life. It’s something you don’t often see from a company our size, and that’s exactly why it matters to us. We’ve made a commitment to step outside our day-to-day work and show up in places where we can make a real, lasting difference.
Now entering our fourth year, this program has taken our team members around the world. We started in Kenya, continued to Honduras, and most recently traveled to Guatemala. Each trip has been built around meaningful partnerships and hands-on work, from supporting schools to investing in communities in ways that continue long after we leave.
This year, we’re looking ahead to Peru.
What makes this program special isn’t just where we go, it’s how we show up. Our team members volunteer their time, build relationships, and work alongside local communities to support efforts that are thoughtful, sustainable, and rooted in real needs.
It’s an extension of who we are at AMSG and what we value: competence, courage, compassion, character, communication, and community.
Read more about each of our Global Impact trips below.
In our first Global Impact trip, members of Team AMSG traveled to Kenya to support local communities through hands-on volunteer work.
From helping build schools to spending time with children and families, this experience laid the foundation for what Global Impact would become. It was about more than the work itself, it was about connection, perspective, and showing up with purpose.
It’s where we first saw what it means to live our values beyond the day-to-day and why this program continues to matter to our team today.
In our second Global Impact trip, members of Team AMSG traveled to Honduras, partnering with One Thousand Schools to support education initiatives in local communities.
Our team worked alongside community members to help build a school, creating a space for learning that will serve generations to come. But just as important were the relationships built along the way, grounded in trust, shared purpose, and a commitment to something bigger than ourselves.
This trip continued to shape what Global Impact means at AMSG, reinforcing that when we show up with intention, the impact goes far beyond the time we spend there.
In August, members of Team AMSG traveled to Guatemala through our Global Impact Program, partnering with Wellkind to support local communities.
We’ve shared photos from the trip—but now we want you to see it come to life. In this short video, our team talks about what it means to serve together, connect with others, and live AMSG’s values beyond the mission.
It’s a reminder that community isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we build, hand in hand.
This year, Team AMSG is heading to Peru for our fourth Global Impact trip.
Building on the experiences in Kenya, Honduras, and Guatemala, this next chapter continues our commitment to serving communities in a meaningful, hands-on way. While each trip looks different, the purpose remains the same: to show up, give back, and build connections that last beyond our time there.
As our team prepares for this experience, we’re excited to share more about the journey ahead, the people involved, and the impact we hope to make together.

For the past three years, AMSG team members have stepped away from their day-to-day work to serve communities around the world through our Global Impact Program.
From Kenya to Honduras to Guatemala, each trip has looked a little different. But the purpose has always stayed the same: to show up, give back, and support communities in a meaningful, hands-on way. It’s a reflection of who we are and what we value. Our commitment to compassion, community, and doing work that matters extends beyond our contracts and into how we serve others.
As we enter our fourth year, we’re looking ahead to what’s next. This year, AMSG is heading to Peru.
A big part of what makes these trips meaningful is the people we partner with. Some of the best partnerships don’t start with a plan, they start with connection. Our relationship with Wellkind came together in a way that feels very true to AMSG. What began as a personal introduction has grown into a strong partnership, now in its second year, grounded in shared values and a thoughtful approach to impact.
Through Wellkind and their travel partner, Somos Impact Travel, we work directly with local communities to understand real needs and support solutions that last. For our team, that matters. We’re not just showing up for a week, we’re contributing to work that continues long after we leave.
Over the next few months, we’ll be sharing more about this journey, the partnership, and the team members preparing for the trip, their stories, their “why,” and the impact we hope to make together.
Follow along and meet our travelers soon!
