Washington Headquarters Service Facilities Services Directorate Emergency Management Support Services Contract Awarded to ABS

DUMFRIES, VIRGINIA, August 2024 — Accelerated Business Strategies LLC (ABS) has been selected to support the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) with Emergency Management Support Services. ABS is a joint venture formed under the Small Business Administration’s Mentor Protégé program. The joint venture consists of Advanced Management Strategies Group, Inc. (AMSG), the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) managing venturer, and Xcelerate Solutions, AMSG’s mentor.
The WHS Analytical and Technical Support Services IDIQ: WHS Facilities Services Directorate (FSD) Emergency Management Support Services (EMSS) contract supports the government customer to ensure the necessary plans, policies, procedures, guidance, and resources are in place for efficient all-hazards preparedness.
WHS Facilities Service Directorate (FSD) plays a critical role in the 24/7/365 readiness of the Pentagon Reservation. The WHS FSD is responsible for emergency management across the Pentagon, Mark Center, and more than seventy buildings, serving more than 60,000 Defense Department personnel throughout the National Capital Region. Safeguarding these vital workforce locations allows DoD’s leadership to execute their mission responsibilities and provide a safe, healthy, resilient, energy-efficient, and operationally effective working environment to the workforce.
