The Veterans Resource Group is an employee-led initiative that supports and empowers veterans within the organization by providing resources, networking opportunities, events, and a community for sharing experiences and fostering camaraderie.
The MCSF Mentorship Program is a structured initiative that pairs AMSG employees as mentors with college age scholarship winners to foster professional development, skill enhancement, and personal growth within the organization.
The Global Impact Program is a corporate initiative that engages employees in meaningful projects aimed at making a positive difference in communities worldwide, promoting social responsibility and sustainability. (See more below!)

At AMSG, our commitment to creating positive change knows no boundaries. Our Global Impact Program, formerly known as the International Philanthropy Program, extends our reach to communities across the world, empowering lives and fostering lasting relationships. This program allows our team members to volunteer in impactful locations, including Kenya and Honduras, where we support local initiatives such as building schools and providing resources to underserved communities.
Through hands-on volunteer work and global partnerships, we make meaningful contributions that align with our core values of competence, courage, compassion, character, communication, and community. Whether we’re helping to build schools for the next generation in Honduras or working with communities in Kenya, the Global Impact Program is about making a difference — one project at a time.
In August, members of Team AMSG traveled to Guatemala through our Global Impact Program, partnering with Wellkind to support local communities.
