Management and Technology consulting services include the maintenance of audit trails to remain abreast of the latest controls, reflecting the progression of budgets throughout the Planning Programming and Budgeting System (PPBS). As a Government contractor, our risk management for government approach is aligned to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) and emphasizes the importance of properly designed and effectively implemented project governance processes. AMSG assists the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CASO) with the integrated program and project plan development, and execution, program reporting information to key stakeholders, program gap analyses, policy analyses and proposing recommendations, change management, and business process improvements with cross-functional teams.
AMSG’s marketing strategy development and marketing for government agencies begin by defining all objectives in terms of “what success looks like.” We document and validate key requirements for Federal Government marketing and Government digital marketing using an agile and iterative approach. Our plan for Federal contrats utilizes a layered approach to target each stakeholder group with several delivery channels utilized to communicate our messages. The audience is, therefore, more likely to internalize and comply with messaging after repeated exposure through multiple, distinct channels. Through our administrative management and support services, we prepare or assist with the preparation of schedules and/or ad hoc statistical and narrative reports, as well as PowerPoint presentations. AMSG prepares, reviews, and presents findings in briefings to senior Government leadership, management, staff, or interested parties. We schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, draft email notifications, and communicate to agencies in support of strategic business management activities. Our operations and administrative specialists use a standard approach for meeting and work group support to capture and ensure minutes and action items are accurate and available in a timely manner. When preparing, reviewing, tracking, and filing official correspondence, we ensure all written material is section 508 compliant. AMSG provides administrative support, and administrative management focused to ensure mission effectiveness and efficiency.
