AMSG is dedicated to making our Team Members feel loved! As you can see from our yearly infographic, we do many different things to show our gratitude but this year for the holidays, we did something new.
After one of our senior leadership Team Members compared AMSG’s relationship with the government to the relationship between a toddler and a “woobie,” our CEO had an idea! He wanted to send “woobies” (in this case teddy bears) to every single team member. Have you ever tried to take a “woobie” away from a toddler? That is exactly how we want our customers to feel about AMSG!
We received so many amazing thank-you notes. Who knew so many of us needed teddy bears?!
