AMSG Awarded a $6.1M Contract for Category Management Support Services at the Department of Veteran Affairs

Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG), a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) announced today that AMSG was awarded a $6.1M contract over 4 years, if all options are exercised, to provide category management support to the Department of Veteran Affairs Office of Acquisitions, Logistics, and Construction (OALC), serving as the Category Management Program Support Office (CMPSO). AMSG will provide a body of experts who will assist the VA Category Management Office in developing the polices, strategic acquisition solutions, programs to manage demand and consumption, and research tools to extract industry best practices for CM.
AMSG has partnered with a highly qualified CPS Professional Services dba CATHEXIS who was selected because of their capabilities to successfully standup programs, their demand management expertise in the VA, data analytics capabilities proven in the VA, and Category Management subject matter experts with over five (5) years’ experience in federal and commercial acquisition.
