AMSG’s President and CEO, Jim O’Farrell, and R3’s President & CEO, Mark Sanders, were U.S. Naval Academy classmates. The two recently got reconnected and discovered how valuable a partnership between the two companies could be.
Jim O’Farrell, said the following about this new teaming opportunity, “AMSG is thrilled to be partnering with R3. As an initial teaming step, AMSG is adding R3 to our successful Marine Corps Combat Development Command Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD) IDIQ team. The goal in building this relationship is to support AMSG’s access to the Marine Corps, Navy, FEMA and other federal agencies.
Mark Sanders said the following about this new relationship…. We are excited to complement AMSG’s capabilities, particularly in the rapidly developing Littoral Explosive Neutralization capability areas of the Marine Corps. R3’s deep and niche expertise in EOD and Expeditionary operations aligns with AMSG’s critical skills in JCIDS processes. Jim and his CDD team have long supported the Marines’ capability development and we are excited at the opportunity to contribute alongside them.”
