AMSG's Federal project management for Government services embrace key dynamics of change and help reduce costs, streamline overall operations, and mitigate operational risks for federal contracts. We work directly with the Government Program Managers to ensure all Federal contracts meet expectations for scope, budget, and schedule.
Project management services and support include identifying and coordinating contractual requirements, as well as tracking issues, and resolving problems identified by all stakeholders using Agile methodologies. As a Government contractor, our risk management for government approach is aligned to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) and emphasizes the importance of properly designed and effectively implemented project governance processes. AMSG assists the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CASO) with the integrated program and project plan development, and execution, program reporting information to key stakeholders, program gap analyses, policy analyses and proposing recommendations, change management, and business process improvements with cross-functional teams.
“AMSG is a driving force behind OCASO’s (Office of the Chief Administrative Services Officer) success. They methodically listen, provide remarkable deliverables, and are very easy to work with. Given the exceptional support provided by AMSG to the Federal Trade Commission, Office of the Chief Administrative Services Officer, and their ability to perform in accordance with the contract, I would highly recommend them to other government organizations and would re-award their contract if given the chance to do so.”
