Working with the Department of Veterans Affairs, AMSG helps examine, define, and implement data-driven strategies and solutions to improve team members and customer experiences. We improve business performance by combining Business Process Management (BPM) methods with Lean Six Sigma fundamentals and provide technical automation by developing custom visuals and time-saving workflows via MS SharePoint.
In our work with the Defense Health Agency, we provide Acquisition and Financial Management as well as budget execution and program analysis with full-service support, including pre-award, post-award, procurement support, and project management. Additionally, we deliver contract management and administration support to ensure effective resource allocation and alignment to mission operations.
Working with the DOE, we provide a full range of services along with our DOE partners in task areas including Program Management, Nuclear Engineering, Training Support, Security Management, Emergency Operations, Nuclear Nonproliferation, Environmental Management, and Research and Development.
To assist the responsibilities of the FTC, we fill a critical role in providing Program Management and assessment of impacts across FTC programs, systems, and business processes for Logistics, Space and Facilities, Resource and Project Management, Communications and Information, Security and Safety, and other key program areas.
Working with the Army, we support an enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) Program fostering a collaborative environment by applying KM competencies, capabilities, and initiatives in direct support of overall program execution. Our efforts have resulted in providing critical knowledge and expertise at point of need to stimulate innovation, improve performance, and enhance decision-making at all levels.
Our ongoing services are critical to the Digital Media and Creative Services for the Communication and Outreach Division (COD), the DHS Science & Technology Directorate. Additionally, we provided a wide variety of services ranging from IV&V support of the technology products, services, and systems installed during the construction and renovation of the St. Elizabeth’s (St. E’s) campus. AMSG provided enhanced planning and administrative support to the DHS Operation Allies Welcome Program for the resettlement of vulnerable Afghan refugees into the United States.
For the USMC, we assist with Requirements Analysis and help develop/define operational concepts and capability needs within the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) processes. AMSG has also provided engineering, financial management, program management, sustainment, and disposal support for C4 Systems; test and evaluation, systems engineering, and configuration management support to the Program Executive Office (PEO), and outcome-based performance measures and metrics support critical to the Religious Ministry division of the Chaplain Corps.
In our work with the U.S. Air Force (USAF) Homeland Air Defense Systems (HADS) Support contract, we provide comprehensive managerial, technical, and life cycle management support for the Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC). Our expertise includes detailed analysis, planning document creation, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, system specification formulation, technical orders, and commercial manuals. Our team includes seasoned professionals with extensive experience in C2 Technology Integration, Air Force Testing and Evaluation, and strategic planning, dedicated to delivering exceptional support for complex defense projects.
