​Armed Forces Services Corporation (AFSC) is based in Arlington, Virginia. AFSC’s experience working with the military dates to 1879 when we were founded as a non-profit association with the mission of providing services to survivors, most commonly the spouses, of fallen Service members. In 2000, AFSC spun off from our parent organization to operate as a separate for-profit entity and began focusing more intensely on services to the DoD through federal contracts. Effective July 2016, AFSC was acquired by Magellan Healthcare, Inc. (Magellan), as a wholly owned subsidiary. Today, AFSC (including work performed by Magellan) manages more than 3,000 full-time employees worldwide providing direct support services to the military community in all 50 states, six (6) territories, the District of Columbia, Bahrain, Belgium, Djibouti, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, and the United Kingdom. We are executing more than 60 active contracts consecutively for the federal Government.

​CORTEK, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing customer-oriented management and technical services since 2003. Our Corporate office is centrally located in Fredericksburg, Virginia and is cleared to Top Secret with Secret storage. Our senior management team has significant experience in all aspects of program, technical and acquisition management. We are proficient in prime contract management as well as subcontractor management. CORTEK possesses the corporate expertise, infrastructure and finances to manage large, multi-location contracts. CORTEK’s accounting system is DCAA approved.
​Team CPS brings a comprehensive, dynamic and highly flexible enterprise management consulting and program and project management methodology to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This CPS trademarked approach called Enterprise Performance Improvement Management System (EPIMS), as shown in Figure 1-1, is currently providing support across six contracts and task orders in the VA and five contracts and task orders across four other federal departments and agencies. Our application of this methodology, combined with our customer focus, has resulted in exceptional CPARS reports year over year and no contract shortfalls in the history of Team CPS. We developed EPIMS based on lessons-learned and best practices for projects with federal agencies, and Fortune 500 companies.

Their Marine Corps Programs office is headquartered in Stafford, VA, and provides diverse support to numerous Marine Corps customers in a variety of functional areas; including: Program Management, Acquisition Logistics, Information Technology Development, Systems Engineering, Finance, Manpower & Training, Logistics Data Analysis, and Facility Management. They bring significant added value as a business unit of Lockheed Martin, compared to companies without such a corporate structure. ​PD Systems Inc. (PDS) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business specializing in Engineering, Logistics, and Acquisition Support. We use high-end software to provide rapid, innovative and accurate product and service solutions. PDS customer list comprises of a diverse mix of Department of defense (DoD) entities. PD Systems is positioned right where you need us to be. Employing dedicated management, engineering, and logistics personnel with decades of DoD industry experience, our staff has the depth, experience, background, knowledge, and out-standing reputation for delivering first class products. We are an integrator of power generation equipment - hardware and software, well-versed at developing integrated solutions for complex COTS and military customer requirements. Our core competencies span Systems Engineering, Systems Integration, Technology Insertion, Dynamic Simulation, and Validation and Verification. PD Systems also offers comprehensive Logistics life cycle planning and execution in ILS, training, technical manuals, documentation, configuration management, and maintenance. PAC Solutions
​​PAC Solutions LLC is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) and Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and a Veterans-Affairs (VA) certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).    We have provided program management services, systems, infrastructure and help desk support, operations and staff augmentation and administrative support to DoD and civilian agencies including the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, the Defense Contract Management Agency and the Department of Labor, Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC).

​PMAT possess personnel having direct HQMC experience supporting processes and briefing requirements for JCIDS, TFMS, EFDS, etc., in support of the Joint Staff, HQMC Staff (PPO, AVN, Intel, C4, Installations, etc.) MCCDC IID and MCSC PM Intel.  In addition, PMAT possesses personnel having direct experience in supporting OPNAV, specifically N2/N6, with requirements development and shepherding large programs through the entire NCB and JCIDS process, i.e., CANES. PMAT has been tasked by OPNAV N2/N6 to develop White Papers supporting emerging CONOPS such as the integration of UAVs supporting the Maritime and Littoral ISR collection concepts.

​For the last 38 years, SMS, primarily as the Prime Contractor has been performing a variety of contracts of relevant scope, size, and complexity for providing results-driven, multi-functional services at geographically dispersed locations. By incorporating design thinking into our approach, we help the our customers tune their business systems – tools, technology, and talent – to deliver services to their customers that are reliable, consistently delivered, and relevant to their customers’ needs. Technical Assent, LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), verified by Department of Veterans Affairs, with the depth and breadth of experience and capability to deliver best value.  Technical Assent uses Human-Centered Design, Lean, and Six Sigma methods to deliver efficient and effective performance on high-visibility, high-impact initiatives.  Technical Assent has extensive experience in the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Agriculture, as well as large commercial entities such as General Electric’s Oil & Gas business and NGS.

Technology Transfer Services
​Technology Transfer Services (TTS), a privately held VA Certified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), founded in 1994, with the focus of providing quality maintenance and operations optimization services and training to companies with the goal of improving safety, increasing return on investment, improving the quality of product output, and reducing downtime. Over the years, TTS has grown to become a leader in the eLearning industry while keeping strong with its roots in the traditional instructor based training and integrated logistic system support. We have extensive experience developing training programs from Analysis through Evaluation. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff include engineers, technicians, electricians, mechanics, and equipment operators from various military, commercial, and industrial backgrounds. Many of our staff are veteran instructors of the US Navy training system that have attended, applied, and taught Navy training in the classroom, at prototypes, and in the fleet regularly conduct technical training to a wide level of students in various industries and are supported by a staff of instructional technologists with Graduate degrees in Instructional Design and Adult Education have developed and delivered thousands of lessons and procedures.  By using a combination of instructor-led training, site specific instructor-led training, non-industry specific eLearning, custom eLearning, simulations, and virtual worlds, that applies a “blended learning” approach to build an immersive learning environment.

​RGS is a federally focused management consulting firm providing expertise in the 5 resources that are managed by our government customers. These Lines of Business serve as our swim lanes where we differentiate ourselves by offering skills, capabilities, tools, methods and customer subject matter expertise. Financial Management – Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), cost analysis, PM and PR development, and program analysis and evaluation. Human Resources Management – Organizational design and development, competency alignment, and human capital strategy.
