Team Members are provided 1x annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000 of Basic Life Insurance and Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance through Cigna.
Beginning January 1st of each calendar year, Team Members are provided a bank of Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) hours to accommodate work/life balance.

AMSG will provide up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave to employees following the birth of an employee’s child or the placement of a child with an employee in connection with adoption or foster care. The purpose of paid parental leave is to enable the employee to care for and bond with a newborn or a newly adopted or newly placed child. This policy will run concurrently with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave, as applicable. This policy will be in effect for births, adoptions or placements of foster children occurring on or after January 1, 2024.
Team Members may defer between 1% and 80% of their income into their retirement fund up to the annual IRS maximum. The company provides a matching contribution of up to 4% of compensation which is immediately vested.
In appreciation for helping recruit the very best candidates, a referral bonus of $5,000 will be paid to Team Members who refer an individual to AMSG, who is hired and remains a Team Member of the Company for six (6) consecutive months from their date of hire.
AMSG provides each full-time team member up to $10,000 per calendar year for approved undergraduate/graduate courses taken as part of an accredited degree program.

AMSG will reimburse up to $1,000 of your hobby expenses per calendar year.

The Knowledge Academy was established in 2009 and offers 30,000 courses in over 200 subjects in 1000+ locations across 190 countries. Courses are both online and in person. Learners can elect either self-paced or instructor-led. Instructors are Subject Matter Experts in their Field.

AMSG will present one “AMSG Memorial Character Award” to a team member who embodies the 6 “C”s (Competence, Courage, Compassion, Character, Communication, Community) with an emphasis on the “C” of a memorial team member, In this way, we can honor some other team members who have passed.
Our CEO personally texts one team member a week just to check in on them and ask if they need anything.

After a close encounter with the Founder of Tecovas Boots while our CEO was in Austin for a CEOcircle meeting, Jim O’Farrell got this idea to gift our Leadership Team cowboy boots as a symbol of AMSG’s Core Values – the 3 Cs of Competence, Courage, and Compassion. And also, the Resilience and Grit that is often required in life. “I also liked the idea that the boots sort of harken back to time served in the military – no matter which branch of service. Service – being part of a Mission. Part of something bigger than ourselves,” says Jim O’Farrell, AMSG CEO. This award is given to those AMSG’ers in recognition of the Leadership, Character, Grit, and Determination.

Most of our contracts require a Public Trust and successful completion of a background investigation. A Secret or higher clearance is required on some of our DoD contracts. Each contract requirement differs.
Some AMSG contracts support are remote, hybrid or onsite. Each of our contracts have a different requirement.

Salary ranges for each position varies based on the location, level of expertise required, and duties involved.
AMSG’s process requires two in person or virtual interviews starting with the Account Manager or Project Manager and our Human Resource liaison.
Most of our contracts are a base year plus four (4) 12-month options. Each contract varies depending on where we are within the period of performance.
