AMSG Wins contract to provide Technical and Analytical Support to the USMC Deputy Commandant for Combat Development & Integration Capabilities Development Directorate Force Protection Integration Division (FPID) Dumfries, VA September 30, 2015 — Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) announced today that it has been awarded a $2.28 million firm fixed price contract to support the USMC Deputy Commandant for Combat Development & Integration, Capabilities Development Directorate, Force Protection Integration Division (FPID). The work will be done primarily in the Quantico, VA area. The AMSG Team possesses a record of success assisting MCCDC with development and staffing JCIDS documents. Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) announced today that it has been awarded the VA Learning University (VALU) Pathways Internship Program Development and Support (Initiative 126). The work will be done primarily in the Northern Virginia area and will involve active participation by VA Organizations nationwide. AMSG as the Prime Contractor for VALU Initiative 126 (IN 126) will establish, staff, sustain a centralized VA Pathways Program Office within VALU to provide VA-wide governance, administration, management, marketing and support for all Pathways Programs within the VA. The Pathways Program Office integrates existing VA Office and Administration Pathways programs and provides effective sharing of best practices, data-analysis, trend analysis, and centralized tracking and reporting. AMSG is assisting in the development of an additional Rotational Assignment for Development (ROADways) program to be implemented within the Pathways Program Office offering temporary developmental assignments for VA employees. Paul Flower Joins AMSG as Marine Corps Accounts Manager

Mr. Paul Flower recently joined AMSG as the Marine Corps Account Manager. Mr. Flower has over thirty four years of experience supporting the Marine Corps both in uniform and as a defense contractor. Mr. Flower has a broad range of experience in acquisition, requirements analysis and program management. Since leaving the Marine Corps in 2000, Mr. Flower held positions at General Scientific Corporation and as Program Director for General Dynamics Information Technology. Mr. Flower is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park and has an MS in Administration from Central Michigan University.
