AMSG believes that team members are our most valuable asset, and that personal passions should be supported. Because we think that work-life balance is important and critical to each team member, we launched the AMSG Cares Hobby Program. Through our AMSG Cares Hobby Program, we reimburse up to $1,000 of pre-approved hobby expenses per calendar year for team members.
This month, we’re highlighting how Dion Hopkins has used the AMSG Care Hobby Program.
Dion purchased a Cannondale Synapse rode bike with the Hobby Program and loves it.
“I try and participate in local or regional bike events. This picture was from the 45th annual Five Boro Bike Tour on May 7, 2023. The bike tour had over 30,000 riders and was a little over 40 miles. We rode in all 5 NYC boroughs including 4 bridges and a ferry. It was great and the bike did excellent,” says Dion. “I can’t run like I use to after 24 years in the Army, So I just love to ride now!”
