AMSG’s CEO is awarded membership to CEOcircle for the Second Consecutive Year
Jim O’Farrell, AMSG’s CEO has been selected to join in a 13-month training program called CEOcircle for the second consecutive year. CEOcircle is funded by JP Morgan Chase and hosted by Bunker Labs providing networking, mentorship, and master classes to growth-stage, military-connected entrepreneurs, and small business owners.
Building on the success of the inaugural 2021 program, Bunker Labs and JPMorgan Chase expanded the program’s capacity this year to include 68 business owners. This includes 62 new participants and six returning entrepreneurs who will continue, after successfully completing the program last year, to solve business challenges and uncover new opportunities. What is the CEOcircle?
CEOcircle’s mission is to facilitate an action-oriented, member-led network of entrepreneurs and small business owners, providing practical tools and resources, and highlighting inspirational stories that showcase the possibilities and accomplishments of the community. The year-long program provides military-connected businesses with targeted educational programming, networking via monthly group meetings, and financial expertise gained from a ten-week mentorship with JPMorgan Chase advisors. The program is aimed at Technology Disruptive Commerce and Diversified Industries. Technology Disruptive Commerce are early-stage companies with steep growth trajectories and disruptive product and service offerings in categories such as software, hardware, food, health and wellness, home and lifestyle, and pets. Diversified Industries include Manufacturers, Distributors, Service, and Government Contractors.
CEOcircle participants are selected via a rigorous evaluation process, which includes factors such as historical and projected growth, business strategy and openness to mentorship. In addition, all participating companies must:
- Be led by a military veteran and/or military spouse (CEO, senior executive and/or controlling shareholder)
- Have achieved an annual revenue of $1+ million or raised $5 million in capital
- Show high growth potential via market size, industry, market saturation and significant traction
